Tick “Push this as a phone notification”
Tick this box if you want the alert to be sent as a phone notification. Leave it unticked for an on-screen alert only.
Check the box is ticked
“Push this as a phone notification” is now ticked. Check this matches the choice you want.
Select Save alert
Check the message carefully. Save alert publishes it immediately. There is no separate draft, scheduling or expiry control on this form.
Check Active alerts
Your alert is now active. Phone notification requested records your choice; it does not guarantee that every phone received it.
When the alert is no longer needed
Switch Active off to remove it from residents’ screens. It moves to Past alerts. This change saves immediately.
Find the past alert
The alert remains in Past alerts until you delete it. Deleting asks for confirmation; use it only when you no longer need the record.
