“Community Council” is now selected in Local Group.

  5. Select Menu

Select the Menu tab beside Pages. Pages must have Appear in Menu switched on to appear here.

  6. Select Add heading

A heading groups related page links. Click Add heading.

  7. Select “Heading text”

Click or tap inside the Heading text box.

  8. Enter heading text

Type your own details here. In this example, we have entered “Community information”.

  9. Open “Position”

Click or tap the Position list to see its choices.

  10. Select “Top level”

Use Top level for a main heading. A new submenu heading can instead sit under an existing top-level heading.

  11. Check the selection

“Top level” is now selected in Position.

  12. Save the heading

Click Save heading to add it to the menu.

  13. Move a page up or down

Use the up and down arrows beside a page to place it after the heading you want. The Minutes system page stays in its fixed position.

  14. Put the page under the heading

Click the bent arrow labelled Nest Community Hub. This is available when the preceding item is a heading. You can also drag a page onto a heading.

  15. Check the indented page

The page is now beneath the heading. The out arrow moves it back one level. One nested submenu level is supported.

  16. Save the menu order

Click Save menu. Reordering and nesting need this Save step.

  17. Edit or remove a heading

The pencil opens the heading text and position editor. The bin removes a heading after confirmation and moves its children up a level; it does not delete their pages.

  18. See the resident menu

Residents open Community information to find Community Hub. The built-in Minutes entry remains available.
