  1. Select “Users”

In the real Admin Portal, find Users in the left-hand menu and click it. On a small screen, open the navigation menu first.

  2. Understand Admin access

Admins can edit the areas enabled in Access privileges. News, Events and Pages are also restricted by their assigned Local Bodies. The role name alone does not grant every permission.

  3. Check both permissions and assignments

An Admin needs the relevant area switched on and the correct Local Body assigned for scoped content. They do not gain Community Admin-only access to Alerts, Users, QR & Joining or Data export.

  4. Understand Event Owner access

An Event Owner’s portal is My Events. They see only events assigned to them and cannot edit or publish news, pages or events.

  5. What an Event Owner can do

They can view interest for an assigned event occurrence and email verified, opted-in recipients. Replies go to their account email address. They cannot use general administration tools.
