    Choose two or three columns.

  6. Check the selection

“2” is now selected in Columns.

Click Add table after checking the preview.

  11. Fill the table cells

Click a cell and type. Move to the next cell and enter its content. You can insert images into cells too. Wide tables scroll on small resident screens.

  12. Remove a table if needed

Use the × control on the table to remove it. Save the page when your table is ready.

  13. Insert a saved Form

On a Page with Forms access, click where the form should go, then select Insert a saved Form. This control is not available in every content editor.

  14. Choose a form

Select a saved form from the list. If none are listed, create one under Pages → Forms first. The Create a form lesson covers the full setup.

  15. Check the form placeholder

The saved Form placeholder is in the Writing box. Residents see its questions on the published page. Its × control removes the form from this page.

  16. About Local Group Menu

In the current Pages screen, use the Menu tab to organise navigation. There is no Insert Local Group Menu icon in this version of the Writing box.

This distinction reflects the current application. Do not look for an unavailable menu-insertion icon in Pages.

  17. Save the page

Click Save on the surrounding form. Check Published is on in the Pages list when the page is ready for residents.
