Send a new login code to a user
Send a fresh six-digit login code to an existing portal user.

Follow these steps
From the left menu, select Users.
Find the user who needs a new login code.
Choose Send login code.
The service emails the six-digit code directly to that user.
Ask the user to enter the newest code promptly on the portal sign-in page.
What happens next
The code can be used once to sign in. Old or expired codes should be replaced with a newly requested code.
