I cannot sign in

Follow these steps

   Check the email address for spelling mistakes.

   Make sure it is the address used when the account was created.

3. 3

   Enter the password again, checking upper-case letters and spaces.

4. 4

   Use Forgotten your password? if the password is not accepted.

5. 5

   If the portal says the session or token has expired, return to the sign-in page and sign in again.

6. 6

   Ask your Community Admin to check your account if the problem continues.
