Basic account security
Keep your portal account and community information secure.

Follow these steps
Use your own account. Do not share one login between several people.
Choose a password that is not used for another service.
Check the community name before publishing information.
Sign out when you finish on a shared computer or tablet.
Tell your Community Admin promptly if a person no longer needs access.
What happens next
A Community Admin can limit each Admin or Contributor to the areas and publishing bodies they need.
