Basic account security
Keep your portal account and community information secure.

Follow these steps
Use your own account. Do not share one login between several people.
Never share an emailed login code with anyone.
Check the community name before publishing information.
Sign out when you finish on a shared computer or tablet.
Tell your Community Admin promptly if a person no longer needs access.
What happens next
A Community Admin can limit each Admin to the areas and publishing bodies they need.
